As the Chief Executive Officer of the VCU foundations at Virginia Commonwealth University, Laura Kottkamp considers herself to be a steward of both the City of Richmond and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Her work encompasses managing and investing $300 million in assets and forging partnerships between the university and corporate entities and individuals.
